Article 22. Powers of the Probation Service of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Probation Service:

1) keeps records of persons in respect of whom probation control is established;

2) explains the procedure for fulfilling the duties assigned by the court and holding accountable for their non-fulfillment;

3) explains the procedure and conditions for the implementation and termination of probation control and bringing to responsibility for violation of the probation control procedure;

4) explains the procedure for obtaining social and legal assistance;

5) establishes the place of residence of the person, the state of his health, the level of education and employment,;

6) performs other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
