Article 22. Official identification cards and employee badges The Law on Special State Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Employees are given official identification cards and badges to confirm their identity and authority.
The procedure for issuing and using certificates and tokens is determined by the first head of a special government agency.
2. The description of service certificates and samples of tokens are approved by the first head of a special government agency.
3. An official identification card is a document confirming that a person belongs to a special state body, his position and special or military rank.
Service IDs and tokens must have the necessary level of protection.
The employee's official identification card confirms his right to carry and store weapons, special equipment, and other powers granted to the employee in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2012 No. 552-IV.
This Law defines the status of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as special state bodies), regulates public relations related to admission to service in special state bodies, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status, financial support and social protection of employees of special state bodies.
