Article 22-2. State control in the sphere of compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the issues of publication, state registration and cancellation of regulatory legal acts subject to state registration with the judicial authorities The Law on Judicial Authorities

     State control in the sphere of compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the issues of publication, state registration and cancellation of regulatory legal acts subject to state registration with judicial authorities (hereinafter referred to as state control) is carried out in order to prevent officials of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan from violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the issues of publication, state registration and cancellation of regulatory legal acts which are subject to state registration with the judicial authorities (hereinafter referred to as – the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state registration of regulatory legal acts).

      The subjects of state control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state registration of regulatory legal acts (hereinafter referred to as subjects of control) are the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan specified in subparagraph 1-1) of Article 18 of this Law.

     There is no State control over special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
