State control over the activities of organizations managing property rights on a collective basis, as well as over the use of a trademark, service mark, appellation of origin or brand name is carried out in the form of an unscheduled inspection and preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
