Article 22-1. Preliminary notification on the implementation of public procurement by means of a tender of the Law on Public Procurement - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2024 No. 106-VIII SAM.

Article 22-1. Preliminary notification on the implementation of public procurement by means of a tender of the Law on Public Procurement - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 1, 2024 No. 106-VIII SAM.

     1. The organizer of public procurement has the right to post on the web portal of public procurement a preliminary announcement on the implementation of public procurement through a tender, taking into account the requirements of Article 22 of this Law.

     2. In the case of posting on the web portal of public procurement a preliminary announcement on the implementation of public procurement through a tender, the deadline for the final date of submission by potential suppliers of applications for participation in the tender must be at least seven working days from the date of posting on the web portal of public procurement the text of the announcement on the implementation of public procurement through a tender, provided that the following conditions are met in combination:

     1) the immutability of the tender documentation approved in accordance with Article 22 of this Law;

     2) a preliminary announcement on the implementation of public procurement by means of a tender is posted on the web portal of public procurement within a period of thirty calendar days to twelve months, but not later than the end of the current financial year before the date of publication of the notice on the implementation of public procurement.

     The footnote. Chapter 4 is supplemented by Article 22-1 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/15/2021 No. 72-VII (effective from 01/01/2022).
