Article 21. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state monitoring of property Chapter 5. Final provisions The Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance

Persons guilty of violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state monitoring of property are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
