Article 208. Features of the valuation of property acquired by the state when it is withdrawn for state needs
1. When assessing a land plot or other immovable property being alienated for state needs in connection with its seizure for state needs, the market value of this property shall be determined without taking into account its change as a result of the adoption of the resolution specified in paragraph 2 of Article 63 of this Law.
The valuation of a land plot or other immovable property alienated for state needs in connection with the seizure of a land plot for state needs is carried out in accordance with the valuation standard approved by the authorized body in the field of valuation activities.
2. At the request of the owner or a non-governmental land user of a land plot or other immovable property alienated for state needs in connection with the seizure of a land plot for state needs, an assessment of the value of the property alienated for state needs must be carried out on the date of payment of compensation.
3. When providing compensation with property other than money, its assessment must be carried out according to the rules of articles 203 and 204 of this Law.
