The main types of comprehensive business license (franchising) are:

1) a comprehensive business license (franchising) is a workplace, according to which the licensor creates a prepared workplace and transfers it with a licensed package to the licensee, an individual entrepreneur;

2) a comprehensive business license (franchising) is an enterprise in which the licensor creates an enterprise and transfers it with a licensing package to the licensee;

3) a conversion complex business license (franchising), in which the parties conclude a contract based on the transformation of structural divisions into independent enterprises;

4) multiple comprehensive business license (franchising), on the basis of which the licensee creates several enterprises;

5) a comprehensive business license (franchising), in which the integrated licensor transfers to the integrated licensee the right to manufacture or manufacture and market goods (works, services) under its trademark or other means of individualization using raw materials, materials, technology and equipment supplied by the integrated licensor or in agreement with it.;

6) a comprehensive commercial business license (franchising), in which the integrated licensor transfers to the integrated licensee the right to sell (sell) goods (works, services) under its trademark or other means of individualization using marketing technology provided by the integrated licensor or established in agreement with it;

7) other types of complex business licenses (franchising) carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2002 No. 330.

This Law regulates relations related to the implementation of a comprehensive business license (franchising), defines the content of a comprehensive business license agreement and is aimed at the development and state support of franchising activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
