To release prices for bread, bakery products, millet, semolina, flour sold instead of baked bread, and mixed feed from October 15, 1994.

To introduce a compensation mechanism in connection with the abolition of price regulation for bread and bakery products, millet, semolina, flour sold instead of baked bread and mixed feed produced from grain allocated from state resources, as well as for basic types of baby food, including food concentrates.
