The Development Bank submits reports:

1) on the expenditure of money from the republican budget - to the authorized body for the execution of the budget on a monthly basis;

2) on the expenditure of money from local budgets - to the local executive bodies of the regions (cities of republican significance, the capital) on a monthly basis;

3) on the disbursement of borrowed funds allocated to the Development Bank from the republican budget, to the authorized body for state planning, from local budgets, to the relevant local executive bodies of regions (cities of republican significance, the capital), monthly;

4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13.02.2009 N 135-IV (for the procedure of entry into force, see art. 3).
