A judge's decision on the establishment of administrative supervision may be revoked or amended at the protest of the prosecutor or directly by a higher court in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
