The financing of operational search activities is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds allocated for the maintenance of bodies engaged in operational search activities, both in national and foreign currencies.

The words "Cabinet of Ministers" were replaced by "Government" - the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 1996 No. 31 "On Amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Amendments were introduced by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 1998 No. 327 (effective January 1, 1999); December 20, 2004 No. 13 (effective January 1, 2005).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 15, 1994 No. 154-XIII.

This Law defines the content of operational investigative activities carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its conduct.
