Article 20. Design bureaus The Law on Industrial Policy

     1. A design bureau is a legal entity that owns a material and technical complex and was created to assist subjects of industrial and innovative activity in organizing the production of new or improved goods.

     2. The main task of design bureaus is to assist subjects of industrial innovation in the creation of new or improved products, including through technology transfer, acquisition, adaptation, development of design and technological documentation, its subsequent transfer on a reimbursable basis to subjects of industrial innovation and the provision of services necessary for the organization of the production of goods based on it.

     This Law establishes the fundamental principles of industrial policy and regulates public relations that arise during the formation and implementation of industrial policy.
