The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993 The Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

for 1993, they are formed by:

value added tax;

excise taxes;

other national taxes, fees, and various

non-tax payments established by the Law "On the Tax System

in the Republic of Kazakhstan";

income tax on enterprises, associations and organizations,

except for the administrative-territorial units that are part of the property

units;

land tax;

fixed (rental) payments;

receipts to the Fund for the Reproduction of Mineral Resources

and protection of the subsoil;

proceeds to the Economic transformation Fund;

tax on income received from shares, bonds and other securities owned by enterprises and from equity participation in joint ventures; tax on securities transactions; proceeds from the sale of treasury bonds of the 1992 State Domestic Winning Loan of the Republic of Kazakhstan; proceeds from the auction sale of short-term state treasury bills; income from foreign economic activity; income from the difference in the prices of oil supplied for export. receipts to the target regulation fund.
