1. This Law applies to relations arising in the course of the activities of individuals and legal entities that produce, distribute, place and use advertising on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This Law does not apply to advertisements by individuals, including in the mass media, not related to business activities, as well as to political agitation and propaganda carried out in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The specifics of online advertising regulation are established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Online Platforms and Online Advertising".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2003 No. 508.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
