Article 2 of the Law on the Revised Republican Budget for 1994

Establish that:

a) The revenues of the republican budget for 1994 are formed by

at the cost:

- value added tax;

- excise taxes;

- income tax on enterprises, associations and organizations,

regardless of the forms of ownership, including foreign ones

and joint;

- land tax;

- fixed (rental) payments;

- tax on securities transactions;

- receipts of funds from business entities for the provided

state loan under intergovernmental agreements;

- proceeds from the sale of state property;

- other national taxes, fees, and various

non-tax payments;

- proceeds from the sale of grain from the 1994 harvest on

government needs;

- income from foreign economic activity;

- proceeds from operations with precious metals.

b) Generation of income from foreign economic activity

is carried out at the expense of:

- export and import duties;

- royalties and bonuses received;

- proceeds from the sale of government-purchased imports

essential goods on the domestic market.

c) Enterprises, associations and other economic entities of all forms of ownership located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan pay export and import duties in national currency to the republican budget in accordance with the customs tariff. d) Bonuses received from foreign investors, various bonus payments, as well as royalties are credited to the foreign currency accounts of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan with mandatory subsequent conversion into the national currency by selling it to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The amount of payments for other types of taxes paid by legal entities and individuals of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the specified currency accounts is determined in accordance with the procedure established by law.
