1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the innovation cluster is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state support of innovation activities, on industrial policy, on special economic and industrial zones applies to the innovation cluster and Fund in the part not regulated by this Law.

3. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
