Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on psychological activity The Law on Psychological Activity 

      1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on psychological activity is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and international treaty obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

      2. The procedure for the operation of international treaties in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be determined by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
