Article 2. Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on credit rating activities of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Credit Rating Activities

     1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on credit rating activities is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international contractual obligations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies" applies to the Kazakhstan rating agency in the part not regulated by this Law.

     3. The procedure for the operation of international treaties on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by laws.
