1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on credit partnerships is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating the activities of limited liability companies applies to credit partnerships in the part not regulated by this Law.

3. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those provided for by this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2003 N 400.

This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
