1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on auditing is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on auditing, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 20, 1998 No. 304.

 This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities, auditors, audit organizations, professional audit organizations and the professional audit council in the process of conducting auditing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
