1. The legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state monitoring of property is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, consists of this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. If an international treaty ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes rules other than those contained in this Law, the rules of the international treaty shall apply.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
