Article 2. Funds for the payment of benefits under the Law on State Special Benefits to Persons who have worked in Underground and Open-pit Mining, in jobs with particularly harmful and Particularly Difficult working Conditions, or in jobs with harmful and difficult working conditions

Payment of benefits in accordance with this Law is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 414.

This Law is aimed at the social protection of citizens who, as of January 1, 1998, had the experience established by this Law in underground and open-pit mining, in work with particularly harmful and particularly difficult working conditions, or in work with harmful and difficult working conditions.
