Foreigners in the Republic of Kazakhstan are persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and have proof of their citizenship of another state.

Persons who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and do not have proof of their citizenship of another State are recognized as stateless persons.
