Article 19. Supervision of the rule of law in the exercise of administrative supervision CHAPTER IV Supervision of the legality of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Deprivation of Liberty

Supervision of the rule of law is carried out by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subordinate prosecutors.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
