1. The National Register is a digital resource containing reference digital data defined within the framework of the "digital government" architecture and used as a single source of reliable information for performing government functions, providing public services, interdepartmental interaction and state statistics.

2. The list of national registers, their structure, the composition of reference digital data, as well as the requirements for their maintenance and updating are determined by the authorized body in coordination with the authorized body in the field of state statistics.

3. Owners and (or) owners of digital objects who are holders or sources of digital data for national registers, ensure the proper quality of digital data contained in the relevant national registers.

The quality of digital data included in national registers is determined by the authorized body in the field of state statistics in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state statistics.

4. If digital data is available in the national register, government digital facilities using such data should receive it directly from the relevant national register.

5. State bodies, state legal entities, quasi-public sector entities, through the integration of databases, provide access to administrative digital data contained in national registers to the authorized body in the field of state statistics for statistical activities, as well as to the authorized body for data analytics.

This Code regulates public relations related to the implementation of architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a full-fledged habitat and human activity, planning and development of settlements, interuniverse territories, ensuring the safety of construction sites at all stages of their life cycle.
