If an international agreement of the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes

Rules other than those contained in this Law are applied by the rules of an international treaty.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
