1. Landscaping measures are a set of measures carried out in a certain territory in order to create conditions for a healthy lifestyle, work and recreation, ensure the safety of people living or working in this territory, improve the appearance of the relevant territory and the construction facilities and their parts located on it, as well as further improve existing ones on this territory. territories of conditions for human activity.

2. Landscaping measures should be discussed with interested parties in advance. Local executive bodies provide the necessary consultations to those involved in landscaping.

3. Preparatory work for landscaping is carried out by the local executive body. Preparatory work includes:

1) conducting preparatory research;

2) determination of the territory to be improved;

3) definition of landscaping measures;

4) determining the scope and timing of landscaping activities;

5) discussion of the planned landscaping;

6) improvement plan.

4. Before determining the territory to be improved, separate activities related to regulation and construction are carried out as preparatory work.

5. The territory on which improvement measures are supposed to be carried out is determined by the local executive body in accordance with the report justifying the definition of the territory to be improved.

6. The territory to be improved should be determined from the point of view of the most effective implementation of improvement measures provided for in paragraph 3 of this Article. Within the territory to be improved, separate land plots are defined, which are not subject to improvement measures.

7. The decision on landscaping is approved by the local executive body.

8. The decision on landscaping is posted on the Internet resource of the local executive body within ten days from the date of approval.

9. The improvement measures provided for in this article are carried out at the expense of budgetary funds and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
