1. The accounting policy of the Development Bank is approved by the Board of Directors of the Development Bank.

2. Accounting and preparation of financial statements by the Development Bank are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on accounting and financial reporting and international financial reporting standards.
