Persons entering public service assume restrictions related to their stay in public service and anti-corruption restrictions.

These restrictions are fixed in writing by the Personnel Management Service (HR department) within thirty calendar days from the date of admission to public service.

Failure to comply with the restrictions established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan entails refusal of admission to public service or dismissal.
