1. The electronic database of state property monitoring contains brief legal, technical and economic information about the monitoring objects. Its management is carried out by the authorized body.

2. State bodies and organizations that create and maintain registers and information databases on individuals and legal entities shall, free of charge, provide the authorized body with the information necessary for the formation and updating of the electronic database of state property monitoring.

3. Access to information on state monitoring of property is provided in accordance with the procedure established by the authorized body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
