Article 18. Compensation for damage caused as a result of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on beekeeping Chapter 5. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on beekeeping The Law On Beekeeping

The damage caused as a result of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on beekeeping is compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2002 No. 303.

This Law regulates relations in the field of beekeeping products production, protection, use and reproduction of bees, their effective use for pollination of crops and all pollinated flora, creation of conditions for increasing productivity of beekeeping, as well as crop production, ensuring guarantees of observance of the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in beekeeping.
