Article 18-3. Provision of public and socially responsible services to immigrants of the Law on Public and Socially Responsible Services 

     When providing state and socially responsible services to foreign citizens and stateless persons, information is checked on the basis of information from the reference database of immigrants for compliance with stay (residence) in the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of population migration.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.  

The article was amended and supplemented by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2026, No. 326-VIII SAM 

     This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
