A person under administrative supervision has the right to:

a) to get acquainted in court with the materials of the case on the establishment of administrative supervision and the application of restrictions;

b) to give explanations, to present evidence;

c) submit petitions for the early termination of administrative supervision, the lifting of restrictions imposed on him, and short-term departure from his permanent place of residence;

d) to get acquainted with the decision on termination of administrative supervision in the body of internal affairs.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
