1. The restoration of the flora is ensured by:

1) maintaining (creating) favorable conditions for the growth of wild plants, their populations and communities;

2) promoting the natural restoration of wild plants, their populations and communities;

3) planting (sowing) plants and caring for them;

4) restrictions (suspensions) of activities that have a negative impact on plant species, their populations and communities, places of growth, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Restoration of the flora is carried out on the basis of materials from land management and forestry, urban planning and other documents, as well as surveys or regulations of authorized state bodies.

The methods and technologies (agrotechnical measures) of carrying out restoration work are determined by projects developed on the basis of scientific recommendations by specialized organizations.

3. Restoration of plant species, their populations and communities is carried out using planting material, seeds, and vegetative parts of mother plants of a guaranteed genotype.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2023 No. 183-VII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations and establishes the legal basis of state policy in the field of protection, restoration, and use of flora.
