Employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the performance of their official duties, are representatives of the authorities and are protected by the state.

An employee, a serviceman of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is issued an official identification card and a badge of the established pattern to confirm his identity and authority.

No one, except direct and immediate supervisors, has the right to interfere in the official activities of employees, military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The legal requirements of employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan are mandatory for individuals and legal entities.

Employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan should not be members of political parties, trade unions, or support any political party.

Employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan are not entitled to hold other paid positions, carry out business activities, or be a member of the governing body or supervisory board of a commercial organization, except in cases where this is their official duties in accordance with the law.
