Article 17. Interaction of the bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in operational investigative activities Section 4. Interaction of bodies engaged in operational search activities Law On Operational Search Activities

Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in operational search activities:

- they solve their tasks independently, in cooperation with each other, using the capabilities of state, public and other organizations, as well as the assistance of citizens;

- provide mutual information about known facts of criminal acts within the competence of these bodies, and provide mutual necessary assistance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 15, 1994 No. 154-XIII.

This Law defines the content of operational investigative activities carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its conduct.
