1. Financing of public roads is carried out according to approved standards ensuring their repair and maintenance, based on the requirements of road safety, environmental protection and provision of motor transport, and is determined by budget legislation.

1-1. Reimbursement of costs in connection with the implementation of public-private partnership agreements or concession agreements is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public-private partnership and on concessions.

3. The development, repair and maintenance of commercial highways are provided at the expense of the organizations and individuals in charge of these roads.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 17, 2001 No. 245.

This Law regulates the legal, organizational and economic foundations of the state management of highways in the Republic of Kazakhstan, their construction, operation and development in the interests of the state and users of highways.
