Article 17. Dispute resolution procedure Section 4. FINAL PROVISIONS OF THE Law ON Individual Housing Construction

     Disputes arising between the parties to the relations regulated by this Law are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
