Article 17-1. Advising On the Notary Law

     Consulting is the provision of legal assistance by a notary public on a reimbursable basis to individuals and legal entities in the form of:

     1) conducting oral and written consultations of a legal nature that are not directly related to the performance of notarial acts;

     2) drafting of transactions, applications and other documents in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
