The integrated licensee has the right to:

1) conclude complex business license agreements with other persons, unless otherwise provided by the complex business license agreement;

2) conclude other agreements with the integrated licensor provided for by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) exercise other rights in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2002 No. 330.

This Law regulates relations related to the implementation of a comprehensive business license (franchising), defines the content of a comprehensive business license agreement and is aimed at the development and state support of franchising activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
