Article 16. The procedure for the enactment of this Law, the Law on Public Control

      This Law shall enter into force six months after the date of its first official publication.  

     This Law defines the purpose, objectives and principles of public control, as well as regulates public relations related to the organization and implementation of public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
