1.activity of the organization, as well as structural division (branch and representation) in the context of the establishment of one of the extremist and liquidation of the other in accordance with the proposed laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.at the liquidation of the organization, represented by an extremist, family, belonging to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is recognized and described in the address of the state.

3.the activity of the ministry or the authorized body of mass information of the Republic of Kazakhstan is approved or approved by the law on the use of extremism with the use of this amount of mass information.

4.activity of the organization of physical persons in the case of extremism is carried out by the court on the application of bodies, approved at points 1 and 2 of the Articles 7 of the current law.

This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
