Refusal to register a public association, its structural subdivision (branch and representative office) is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of legal entities and registration of branches and representative offices.

Refusal of registration may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
