1. Auditing activities are subject to licensing in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.

2. The license is terminated only in cases stipulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

3. Suspension and revocation of a license are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

4. In the event of termination of the license, including its revocation, audit organizations are required to return the license to the authorized body within ten working days from the date of the decision to terminate the license, including its revocation, except in cases where the license is issued in electronic form.

In case of revocation of the license, the term is calculated from the date of entry into force of the court decision.

5. An application for a license of an auditing organization that has been deprived of its license in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan is considered no earlier than one year later.

 This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities, auditors, audit organizations, professional audit organizations and the professional audit council in the process of auditing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
