1. The labor relations of employees of internal affairs bodies are regulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the specifics provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Law Enforcement Service".

2. The labor relations of employees of internal affairs bodies are regulated by the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on civil service.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2014 No. 199-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
