1. A private notary is obliged to conclude a contract of civil liability insurance for obligations arising as a result of harm caused as a result of performing notarial acts provided for in paragraph 1 of Article 34 of this Law, and is not entitled to proceed to perform notarial acts in the absence of such a contract.

2. The procedure and conditions of insurance of the notary's civil liability for obligations arising as a result of causing harm as a result of performing notarial acts are established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
