When designing and constructing structures and (or) buildings located in a public (public-business) area, the customer ensures:

conducting fiber-optic communication lines;

a separate room with a microclimate management system (ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) for telecom operators in order to accommodate and connect communication facilities.

The owners of such facilities and buildings ensure equal access for telecom operators.
