Newly built individual residential buildings, regardless of the method of construction, after completion of all construction and installation works and landscaping of the allocated land plot are put into operation in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The members of the acceptance commission are responsible for the commissioning of individual residential buildings that do not comply with building codes and regulations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
