Candidates are eligible:

1) to receive complete and reliable information on the procedure for the recognition of professional qualifications in an accessible form from sectoral government agencies and recognition centers;

2) to undergo the procedure of professional qualifications recognition in accordance with the qualification program;

3) apply to the court with a claim for the protection of violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests in the field of recognition of professional qualifications.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
